The Magnolia Project

A full-property transformation in Mildura — new kitchen, new flooring, landscaping, and a brand-new garage built from the ground up. Follow the journey from bare dirt to a high-performing short-stay property.

The Starting Point

Every project starts with potential. Walls out, floors stripped, and a blank canvas to work with. The interior was gutted to make way for an open-plan kitchen and living layout.
