How OShann Property came to be.

OShann Property started the way most good things do — with a single property, a lot of ambition, and a willingness to figure it out. Based in Sunraysia, Luke O'Shannessy built the business from the ground up, learning what actually works in the short-stay market through hands-on experience rather than theory.

What began as owning and operating short-stay properties grew into something bigger — a full suite of services helping other property owners and investors do the same. From co-hosting and professional tenancy through to coaching, development, and everything in between, OShann Property has become Sunraysia's go-to STR specialist.
