1. Our property is of an older style, which gives it character but also means there may be some imperfections. Rest assured, we strive to maintain the property to the highest standard for our guests' enjoyment.

2. We are a pet-friendly accommodation and welcome your furry companions. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that you inform us of any pets accompanying your stay. Please note that pets must be house trained and are not permitted on furniture. Our accommodation is meticulously cleaned and sanitized between stays to ensure maximum hygiene. SOME HOLES to fencing to the front of property that a smaller sized dog would be able to escape from.

3.We value the comfort and tranquility of our guests and the surrounding community. Therefore, we have a strict no-party policy and observe quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Any breach of our noise policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund of the remaining stay or deposit.

4. Strictly no smoking, vaping, or E-cigarette inside the property. Any trace of smell will result in additional cleaning fees being applied.
